this is a yummy recipe perfect for summer or a lunchbox snack. it is super easy and quick and i love it. we tried it today for the first time and decided it was definitely a great mouth watering snack!
ingredients:
The Scrolls
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- cinnamon
- brown sugar
The Drizzle On Top
- 2 drops vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- Let your puff pastry de-frost then evenly spread cinnamon on sheet.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top of cinnamon to evenly cover whole sheet.

3. Roll up your sheet of pastry and slice in to about 5cm thick slices.

4. Place pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 15m or until brown.
5. Make your drizzle by mixing together your milk, vanilla and icing sugar.
6. when cinnamon scrolls have cooled for a while, drizzle on your icing and let it harden for 1 minute

7. EAT THEM.

I’m going to take a wild guess that you like gummi bears and should KEEP READING to find out how to make them!
This recipe is really simple all you need is…
- 1 cup of berries
- chocolate mould
- food processor
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 & 1/2 tablespoons of gelatine
- Squeeze the lemon and process it with the berries.
- Sieve the seeds out of the liquid into a pot.
- Cook until it starts to simmer stirring occasionally.
- Pour into moulds and place in freezer.
- Take them out in 15 – 30 minutes ( we did 25 minutes ).
- Pop out and EAT!!!

hello everyone, spring is finally here! if you want a delicious drink (like me!) follow these instructions to make your own strawberry and banana flavoured smoothie!

strawberry, banana and vanilla smoothie!
serves 3 people.
you will need:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk
- 5 strawberries (without leaves)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- cut green parts of strawberries.
- put all of the ingredients in the blender.
- blend until smooth
- serve!

heres how to make it…
supplies:
- glue + refills (preferably hot glue gun)
- wooden skewers
- wool (any colour)
- ribbon (any colour)
- colourful tape (any pattern)
- first lay out your skewers in the shape you want and glue them together.
- wrap wool, ribbon and tape around the skewers
- hang it up!

Today is ANZAC day and i have two things to show you!
No.1
ANZAC cookies!
ingredients…
- flour ………………………….. 1 cup
- golden syrup…………………… 1 1/2 tbs
- butter …………………………… 125g
- baking soda ……………………. 1 tsp
- oats …………………………. 1 cup
- desiccated coconut…………….3/4 cup
- sugar …………………………. 1 cup
- Mix flour, oats, coconut and sugar.
- Melt butter and golden syrup.
- Mix baking soda with 2 tbsp water, and add to butter mixture.
- Add to dry mixture, mix and place slightly flattened spoonfuls on baking trays.
- Bake at 170 degrees C for around 15 minutes until golden.
(one idea is to eat them with ice cream they taste delicious!!!, shown in the picture above)

ANZAC poppy crafts!!!
are you interested in making your own homemade poppy for ANZAC day?
i hope so, because they’re awesome!
here’s how to make them…
what you need:
- hot glue (or a glue stick if you don’t have one)
- paper
- pencils
- safety pin
- ribbon
- black button
- draw a poppy shape on a piece of paper and colour it in red.
- cut it out.
- hot glue the button to your poppy
- glue the ribbon to the back of the poppy as well as the safety pin and it should end up looking like the picture above!
